REGULAR BUSINESS CHECKING

Business Checking includes any account opened for business purpose.  This would include sole proprietorships, LLCs, LLPs, corporations, etc.  This does not include not-for-profit organizations, estate accounts or escrow accounts.

• Monthly service charges may be assessed on accounts based on the type of business and on the number of items processed monthly.  The monthly service charge may be determined at the bank’s discretion by volume of activity, including item counts for both credits and debits.  At the very least the account would be subject to an $8.00 monthly service charge if the balance drops below $300 any day of the month.
